Customer Service Representative - Dutch and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage and delight customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex challenges and managing
• Address and resolve customer queries in a correct and timely manner via chat, email, phone, and
• Mediate between sellers and buyers in disputes to find solutions that work for both parties.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation; experience with Live
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English; strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Preferably previous experience in a customer service environment or customer-related role
• Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels (phone, e-mail, etc.).
• Ability to positively interact with your team and other departments.
