📋 Description

• Engage and delight our broad variety of customers (Sellers and Buyers) by solving complex
• Ensure customer queries are addressed and resolved correctly and timely via diverse channels (chat
• Mediate between seller and buyer disputes to find a solution that works for both
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve overall Customer Experience
• Provide valuable feedback on possibilities for improvements in our services based on close customer

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation; experience with Live
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Dutch and English; strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Preferably previous experience in a customer service environment or customer-related role
• Ability to quickly switch between various customer channels (phone, e-mail, etc.)
• Ability to positively interact with team and other departments
