Customer Service Representative - French and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage with Buyers and Sellers via chat, email, phone, and social media
• Resolve disputes and complaints promptly and fairly
• Collaborate with Sales and Experts to improve customer experience
• Mediates between customers to find win-win solutions
• Provide clear, empathetic and professional communication
• Handle 40 hours per week with flexibility for weekends

🎯 Requirements

• French and English required; professional speaking and writing skills
• 1 to 4 years of direct Customer Service or Content Moderation experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued
• Ability to switch between multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
• Comfort working in Lisbon office at least 2 days per week; hybrid setup
