• Engage and delight a broad variety of customers (Sellers and Buyers)
• Solve complex challenges and manage disputes and complaints

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued
• Professional speaking and writing skills in French and English
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Previous experience in customer service or customer-related roles (hospitality, tourism, retail
