  • Fluent in English (written & spoken) and French (written & spoken)
  • 1+ year experience as Customer Service Representative (B2C or B2B)
  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication
  • Tech savvy with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • MS Office and Google Calendar knowledge
