Customer Service Representative - German and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Resolve customer queries across chat, email, phone, and social.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers to win-win outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other teams to improve CX.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses and escalate when needed.
• Deliver delightful service to keep customers engaged with the platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation; live channels valued.
• German and English professional speaking and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Multichannel support experience (phone, email, chat, social).
• Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in-office 2 days/week; weekend flexibility.
• Available to work 40 hours per week.
