• Engage with buyers and sellers to resolve issues
• Manage disputes via chat, email, and phone

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation
• German and English communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Experience in customer service or related roles
• Ability to switch between phone and email channels
• Willing to commute to Lisbon and work 2 days/week onsite
• Available to work 2 weekends per month
