Customer Service Representative - German and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes across chat, email, phone and social media.
• Mediate between sellers and buyers to reach win-win solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other teams to improve CX.
• Provide timely, empathetic support to ensure satisfaction.
• Interim, 7-month contract starting Sep 2026 in Lisbon.
• Hybrid role with at least 2 days in the Lisbon office.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation; Live Channels valued.
• German and English: professional speaking and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Experience in customer service or related fields (hospitality, retail).
• Ability to switch between channels (phone and email).
• Willing to commute to Lisbon and work 2 days/week in office.
