• Engage with buyers and sellers to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• German and English fluency (spoken and written)
• 1-4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Experience with Live Channels is valued
• Able to switch between phone, email and chat
• Available to work 40 hours/week and commute to Lisbon
