Customer Service Representative - German and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Handle customer queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate between buyers and sellers to resolve disputes fairly.
• Engage with a broad variety of customers and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other teams to improve the customer experience.
• Operate in a 7-month interim contract with potential extension.

🎯 Requirements

• German and English language proficiency; strong written and spoken communication.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service or related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to switch between multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Willingness to commute to Lisbon and work in the office at least 2 days/week.
