Customer Service Representative - German and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage and delight buyers and sellers by solving complex challenges.
• Resolve disputes and complaints across chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate between customers to find solutions that work for both sides.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other departments to improve customer experience.
• Provide clear, patient, empathetic support and maintain high service standards.
• Work around 40 hours per week with a hybrid schedule in Lisbon.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct Customer Service or related experience.
• Professional German and English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with live channels is highly valued.
• Ability to switch between channels like phone and email quickly.
• Willingness to commute to Lisbon office at least 2 days/week and work some weekends/public holidays.
