🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in German and English.
• Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Previously experience in a customer service environment or a customer-related role (hospitality
• Ability to switch quickly between various customer channels, like phone and e-mail communications.
