Customer Service Representative - Japanese and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Handle queries from Buyers and Sellers via chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediates disputes between buyers and sellers and resolves issues promptly.
• Collaborates with Sales and Experts to improve customer experience.
• Provide delightful service to maintain trust and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• Professional level Japanese and English communication skills.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in CS or related roles.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to switch between multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Willingness to commute to Lisbon office at least 2 days/week.
• Available to work 40 hours per week and some weekends.
