📋 Description

• Work with the Customer Service team on specific order support projects
• Organizing and dispersing customer inquiries
• Ensure order specific requirements are promptly communicated to appropriate departments
• Prepare and provide documents based on customer requests
• Ensure orders are correct and up to date
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in establishing the department's performance

🎯 Requirements

• College Diploma in science, business or customer service
• Commercial experience working in customer service or similar roles preferred
• Experience using an ERP system such as Service Cloud would be an asset
