Customer Service Representative - Romanian and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Resolve queries via chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate disputes between buyers and sellers for mutual solutions.
• Provide excellent service to ensure customers return to the platform.
• Collaborate with Sales and Experts to improve the customer experience.
• Address complaints and ensure timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Fluent Romanian and strong English communication.
• Clear speaking and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• Able to switch between channels (phone, email, chat).
• Willing to commute to Lisbon, work 2 days in office, 40 hours/week.
