Customer Service Representative - Romanian and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Resolve seller-buyer disputes via chat, email, phone and social channels.
• Provide timely, clear customer support to buyers and sellers.
• Handle queries and resolve issues across multiple channels.
• Work 40 hours/week in a hybrid Lisbon office (2 days on-site).
• Interim 7-month contract starting Sep 2026.
• Collaborate with Sales and Experts to improve the customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing skills in Romanian and English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Switch between phone and email channels; cross-team collaboration.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week and commute to Lisbon office 2 days/week.
