Customer Service Representative - Romanian and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Handle buyer/seller queries and disputes via chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediate between buyer and seller to reach win-win solutions.
• Ensure timely, correct resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts and other teams to improve CX.
• This interim role is a 7-month contract starting September 2026.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of direct experience in Customer Service or Content Moderation.
• Professional speaking and writing in Romanian and English.
• Strong communication, analytical and critical thinking.
• Experience with Live Channels is highly valued.
• Willing to commute to Lisbon and work in-office at least 2 days/week.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
