  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Tech savvy and familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
