Customer Service Representatives

📋 Description

• Handle customer service for TV streaming service, hotel support, and telecom accounts
• Provide customer support in English for assigned accounts (hospitality, telecom, TV streaming)
• Deliver high-quality service aligned with Sutherland's people-first environment
• Support customer needs and escalate issues as required for on-site operations in New Cairo
• Meet performance metrics including KPIs and incentives (15% KPIs relevant to role)
• Adhere to full-time on-site work schedule and shift requirements

🎯 Requirements

• B2 / B2+ / C1 English proficiency
• Graduates and dropouts welcome
• Military papers required for males
• Previous experience is a plus
• Availability for full-time on-site work in New Cairo, Egypt
• Ability to work shifts including night shifts (eligible for allowance)
