Customer Service Return Agent

📋 Description

• Welcome customers on arrival and deliver a friendly return experience
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage, directing issues appropriately
• Complete return transactions, explain final charges, and stay customer-focused
• Promote SIXT products/services to enhance the rental experience
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to correct locations
• Work in various weather conditions and take on extra tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1+ year of customer service experience
• 18+ years old; valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Basic computer skills; familiar with Microsoft Office
• Willing to work ~40 hours/week; day/evening shifts; some travel (5–10%)
• Willing to wear a uniform; language skills a plus
