Customer Service Return Agent (Albuquerque Airport)

📋 Description

• Welcome customers on arrival and provide a friendly return experience
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fuel, and mileage and escalate issues appropriately
• Complete return transactions and advise on final charges
• Promote SIXT products and services during returns
• Tag vehicles for maintenance and move them to correct locations
• Work in varying weather and take on additional tasks to support business needs

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service experience; background in
• At least 18 years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record; authorized to work in
• Basic computer navigation skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, day or evening shifts; travel 5–10% (may require air travel)
• Willing to wear a company uniform; language skills are a plus
