Respond to / solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and/or outbound calls.
Respond to request a call back enquiries
Participate in proactive customer campaigns i.e. surveys, new product launches etc.
Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required
Assist internal stakeholders with Customer Service related tasks

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in a customer service environment; experience in healthcare and/or
Strong english skills (verbal and written) is essential as this role will be communicating via
Strong technology skills and/or the ability to learn multiple systems (including Hubspot and Front)
Strong attention to detail
Experience problem solving with customers and identifying other potential issues to resolve
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
