📋 Description

  • Respond to inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and calls
  • Handle call-back enquiries
  • Participate in proactive customer campaigns (surveys, product launches)

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service; healthcare or AU-based helpful
  • Strong English skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong tech skills; able to learn multiple systems (Hubspot, Front)
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving with customers and identifying issues to resolve
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
