  • Strong written and verbal English; Spanish a plus.
  • Comfortable with high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes while staying context-aware.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Quiq, Google Workspace, or willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to customer outcomes.
