🎯 Requirements

Excellent communication (written, verbal, listening)
Empathy for individuals with aphasia and language challenges
Strong time management and multitasking
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environment with positive attitude
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, VOIP, Zoom; CRM exp (HubSpot preferred)
