Customer Service Specialist (Temporary and Remote)

📋 Description

• Role to provide world-class customer service across all touchpoints.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to improve customer-facing channels.
• Addresses non-product inquiries, resolves Tier 1 issues, triages and escalates concerns.
• Deliver timely, exceptional service for Lingraphica products and services.
• Handle inquiries via multiple platforms: inbound/outbound calls, email, and online chat.
• Identify opportunities to support customer progression and hand off appropriately.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, VOIP, Zoom.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Empathy for individuals with aphasia or other speech challenges.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
