🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service operations, dispatch, logistics, or routing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to use multiple apps.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Roadnet, TOA, or Service Power.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing.
