Customer Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks.
• Maintain and repair outside plant facilities.
• Climb poles and dig/bury cable in utility access holes or vaults.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Assist other technical staff and support sales referrals.
• Direct customer-facing work and referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Ability to distinguish colors on facilities
• Able to lift 28-foot extension ladders up to 75 lbs and covers up to 150 lbs
• Complete boot camp training: POTS/DSL install/repair, cable splicing
• Basic computer skills including MS Office
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
