Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video and voice networks.
Maintain and repair outside plant facilities.
Climb poles; dig and bury cable; work in access holes/CEVs; locate buried cables.
Follow safety rules and regulations.
Assist other technicians as needed.
Support sales and marketing activities.

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to distinguish colors on facilities.
Ability to handle extension ladders and heavy access hole covers.
Complete service tech boot camp; POTS/DSL installation and repair; cable splicing.
Basic computer skills; MS Office.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
