Customer Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks
• Maintain outside plant facilities
• Climb poles, dig/bury cable, and work in access holes or vaults
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical personnel as needed
• Support sales and direct customer-facing referrals

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or higher
• Ability to distinguish colors on facilities
• Lift 28-ft extension ladders up to 75 lbs and handles up to 150 lbs
• Complete service tech boot camp training including POTS/DSL installation/repair, cable splicing, basic transmissions, and HSI installations
• Basic computer skills including MS Office
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
