Customer Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks
• Maintain and repair outside plant facilities
• Climb poles, dig trenches, access holes, locate buried cables
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical staff as needed
• Support sales and marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in all weather and varied hours
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic MS Office skills
• Ability to work in confined spaces and aloft
• Positive, professional demeanor; accountability and teamwork
