Customer Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks.
• Maintain and repair outside plant facilities.
• Climb poles and dig/bury cable in utility access holes or vaults.
• Observe safety rules and regulations.
• Assist other technical personnel as needed.
• Actively support sales and marketing activities.
• Direct customer-facing work and sales referrals.
• Work varying shifts with overtime, weekends, and holidays.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Color vision/Ability to distinguish colors on facilities.
• Able to lift ladders up to 28 ft and pass covers up to 150 lbs.
• Boot camp training; POTS/DSL installation/repair; cable splicing/maintenance.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Able to work in confined spaces and aloft, outdoors in all weather.
