Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks
Maintain and repair outside plant facilities in assigned service areas
Climb poles, dig in utility holes, and locate buried cables
Follow safety rules and regulations
Assist other technical personnel as requested
Actively support sales and marketing activities and referrals

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma (or equivalent) or higher
Ability to distinguish colors on facilities
Ability to handle 28 ft extension ladders (75 lbs) and utility hole covers (150 lbs)
Complete service tech boot camp training: POTS/DSL, cable splicing, HSI installations
Basic computer skills including MS Office
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
