Customer Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video, and voice networks
• Perform maintenance and repair on outside plant facilities
• Climb poles and dig/bury cable; work in access holes or vaults
• Observe safety rules and regulations
• Assist other technical personnel when requested
• Support sales and marketing activities

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Ability to distinguish colors on facilities
• Work outside in all weather and varying hours
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
• Work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, utility holes)
• Complete service tech boot camp: POTS/DSL, cable splicing, HSI installations
