Customer Service Technician

📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed internet, video and voice networks
• Maintain and repair outside plant facilities
• Climb poles, dig trenches, and work in utility access holes
• Follow safety rules and assist other technical personnel
• Support sales and marketing activities; direct customer-facing work and referrals

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Color vision, ladders up to 28 ft, and various physical demands
• Complete service tech boot camp training; POTS/DSL installation/repair; cable splicing/maintenance
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to work in confined spaces and outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
