Customer Solution & Claims Specialist - Export

📋 Description

• Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and ensure on-time fulfillment
• Monitor account issues, blocked orders, inventory constraints, and delivery risks
• Coordinate with transportation, logistics, and supply chain teams to optimize shipments
• Track orders and maintain visibility into status, delays, and corrective actions
• Support export processes with documentation and compliance materials
• Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders on progress and mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in supply chain, order management, distribution, or related
• Export experience and familiarity with international shipping preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
• Strong Excel skills; VLOOKUP and PivotTables familiarity
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication
