Customer Solutions Architect 3

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial or Enterprise customers and monitor health of accounts, product
• Lead technical discussions with customers and showcase dbt Cloud through live demos and workshops
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects to drive renewals and expansions
• Be the voice of the customer in product discussions and help build scalable processes and playbooks
• Deliver external-facing content via live events, blog posts, tutorials, and other formats

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a post-sales role (e.g., technical account manager or CSE)
• Solid technical background: modern data warehousing, analytics stack, SQL proficiency
• Strong presentation skills with external-facing experience
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and think on your feet
• Team player with collaboration across Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product
• Willingness to travel for external/internal events
