Customer Solutions Architect, Amazon Connect

📋 Description

• Lead CX transformation initiatives with Amazon Connect for enterprise clients
• Run deep-dive architecture sessions on Amazon Connect and AWS CX
• Create proposals, designs, and SOWs capturing requirements and constraints
• Conduct discovery workshops to translate business challenges into tech solutions
• Build PoCs and prototypes to demonstrate Amazon Connect value
• Serve as SME on Amazon Connect throughout the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• Deep Amazon Connect expertise and broad AWS knowledge
• Experience designing scalable CX solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs
• Experience with AI/ML integration in contact centers (Lex, Bedrock)
• Security/compliance knowledge in regulated industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
