📋 Description

• Manage strategic customers, driving product adoption and long-term value.
• Help customers optimise cash, treasury, payments and visibility with Agicap.
• Translate needs into scalable data/workflow structures across ERP, banking, payments, treasury.
• Drive outcomes including activation depth, ROI and gross retention.
• Identify finance optimisation and transformation use cases and quantify impact.
• Be the voice of the customer to Product, CS, Marketing and Commercial teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English
• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Economics or similar
• 2-4 years in Fintech, Consulting, Finance Ops, Treasury, Accounting or customer-facing SaaS
• Interest in how finance processes, payments and financial systems interact in real world environments
• Structured problem solving mindset; ability to simplify complex workflows
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with finance stakeholders
