📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle implementations for new payroll bureau clients licensing EarnIn Payroll, from
• Configure the EarnIn Payroll platform to meet each bureau’s specific business rules, workflows, and
• Manage data migration activities, including extracting, mapping, validating, and importing legacy
• Deliver training programs and documentation for bureau administrators and end users.
• Provide hands-on consulting to bureaus on payroll configuration best practices, compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the payroll or HCM industry, including hands-on system implementation
• Proven experience managing full-cycle software implementations, ideally for B2B/SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and payroll data structures (earnings
• Experience with payroll data migration, including data mapping and validation.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
