Customer Success – Analytics & Insights Intern

📋 Description

• Support the Customer Success & Consulting team by building, structuring, and polishing
• Turn data findings into clear charts, visuals, and key takeaways
• Assist in preparing performance overview decks, category snapshots, and data analysis for clients
• Summarize key business issues and consumer trends using NIQ data sources
• Develop working knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Services (RMS) and related solutions
• Learn how to interpret data tables, derive insights, and structure simple analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data/Analytics, or
• Strong interest in analytics, insights, or market research
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills; comfortable handling information clearly and logically
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual or multicultural team environment
