📋 Description

Validate customer requirements for POCs and production Litmus deployments
Configure Litmus products during POCs, pilots, and deployments
Lead technical implementation activities and ensure delivery
Develop solutions to maximize value from Litmus products
Maintain solution libraries, best practices, reusable configurations, docs
Provide Level 2 support including troubleshooting and issue resolution

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on software, infrastructure, IIoT, analytics in manufacturing
Strong understanding of networks, systems, Linux, databases, deployments
Experience with product configuration, troubleshooting, and customer deployments
Scripting in Python or JavaScript
Containerized/cloud infra: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GCP
Excellent communication with customers and internal teams
