📋 Description

Validate customer requirements for PoC and production deployments
Configure Litmus products during PoCs, pilots and production deployments
Lead technical implementation activities and ensure delivery
Develop innovative solutions to maximize customer value
Maintain libraries, best practices, reusable configurations
Provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshooting and RCA

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on experience with software, infrastructure, IIoT, or shop-floor solutions in manufacturing
Strong understanding of network protocols, system architecture, Linux, and databases
Experience with product configuration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing support
Scripting or coding in Python or JavaScript
Containerized and cloud/hybrid infra: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, or GCP
Excellent communication and collaboration with customers and teams
