Customer Success Application Engineer, Litmus GCC

📋 Description

• Validate customer requirements for PoC and production Litmus deployments
• Configure Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager in PoC, pilots, and deployments
• Lead technical implementation activities and ensure delivery of contracted responsibilities
• Develop innovative solutions to maximize value from Litmus products
• Maintain internal libraries, deployment best practices, and reusable configurations
• Provide Level 2 technical support and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing software, infrastructure, automation, or IIoT in manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of networks, system architecture, Linux, databases, and deployment environments
• Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript scripting
• Experience with Litmus Edge/Litmus Edge Manager, OPC/UA, PLC/SCADA, or edge connectivity
• Exposure to pre-sales support, demos, RFI/RFP, or customer expansion activities
• Ability to translate field observations into product feedback and documentation
