Customer Success Application Engineer, Litmus GCC

📋 Description

• Validate customer requirements for PoC and production deployments of Litmus products.
• Configure Litmus Edge and Litmus Edge Manager during PoCs, pilots, and production deployments.
• Lead technical implementation activities and ensure contracted responsibilities are delivered.
• Develop innovative solutions to maximize value from Litmus products.
• Maintain internal solution libraries, deployment best practices, and documentation.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and on-call coverage for Litmus customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing software, automation, IIoT, or analytics in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, system architecture, Linux, databases, and deployments.
• Experience with product configuration, troubleshooting, and customer-facing deployment.
• Scripting or coding in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Containerized and cloud/hybrid infra (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams; self-starter in fast-paced env.
