📋 Description

  • Serve as trusted advisor on data architecture, governance, and outcomes
  • Communicate across the organization to influence outcomes via Mixpanel analytics
  • Own customer success with ROI through onboarding and self-serve analytics
  • Own onboarding and data health, including data quality and stack integration
  • Engage with engineering/product/marketing to optimize deployments and trust
  • Deliver technical services from data architecture to change management

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience delivering ROI from new tool implementations
  • Experience working with Director-level customers to define strategic vision
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders—from API teams to Directors of Data Science/Product Management
  • Manage complex, cross-team projects to drive real change
  • Proven track record in customer success, consulting, or technical project management
  • Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
