5+ years working in Customer Success at a tech company or startup, at a top consulting firm or
Strong client-services experience with composure under pressure in front of senior client
Strong communication skills to crisply communicate actionable data-driven insights and pitch
Strategic problem solver able to break down ambiguous problems using a first principles approach.
Exceptional project management skills to juggle multiple complex projects and reprioritize quickly.
Entrepreneurial spirit with high drive, energy, and passion for creating world-class operational
