Customer Success Coach - (Director/VP+) - UK/IE/Europe Remote

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via Mento email or in‑app chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights to enhance our coaching practices.
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness and empathy.

🎯 Requirements

• Director/VP or senior CS/EX leader with 20+ years in tech.
• Experience coaching individuals; coaching certification is a plus.
• Desire to turn leadership skills into coaching abilities.
• Passionate about helping people advance in the workplace.
• Self‑aware with high emotional IQ; fosters a safe space for vulnerability.
• Comfortable in a constantly evolving startup; available 12+ hours/month for 24+ months.
