📋 Description

• Design, maintain, and continuously improve scalable Customer Success enablement programs covering
• Define and map the Customer Success Manager journey in partnership with leadership, translating
• Develop segment-specific onboarding curricula that accelerate new Customer Success Managers'
• Create technical and commercial playbooks, training modules, talking points, and job aids that help
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement to support product launches, feature
• Develop and maintain competitive enablement resources, including battle cards and other materials

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Enablement, Sales Enablement, or a related
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining enablement programs and scalable learning or
• Familiarity with learning and content management technologies such as Articulate, Planhat, Gong
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and demonstrated ability to apply learning
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales, and
