  • Own CS onboarding and ramp from pre-boarding to full productivity.
  • Design structured onboarding with competency checkpoints and certifications.
  • Iterate onboarding using feedback and ramp data to cut time-to-productivity.
  • Build everboarding programs for tenured CS with skill tracks.
  • Maintain CS playbooks and a single source of truth for processes.
  • Manage CS tooling (Notion, Gainsight, Gong, Salesforce, Salesloft).

🎯 Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in CS Enablement, L&D, CS Ops, with onboarding ownership.
  • Built or overhauled onboarding with measurable ramp improvements.
  • Experience designing ongoing training and certifications for CS teams.
  • Strong instructional design to change behavior, not just slides.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership.
  • Familiarity with CS tools: Gainsight, Salesforce, Gong.
